Scrapping Outback May challenge

The ' white with a twist' challenge at Scrapping Outback this month is -

WHITE with light pink, light blue, lemon, tangerine/light orange, lilac and soft green.

How yummy does the inspiration image look??!!

So this is what I came up with-

On our most recent holiday we had some beautiful pastel sunsets over the beach which were just magical.

I created the background with gelatos and water. I pooled the water then blew it around with a straw. I added lots of gorgeous flowers, some muslin and some tags.

I've heat embossed my chipboard title with Colour Blast 'Envy' colour embossing powder.

Creative Kit Club - May kit DT share

Hello, today I am sharing my projects in the May kit at Creative Kit Club. This month's kit features the beautiful Sage and Grace collection from Kaisercraft.

I have made 4 cards with this month's kit. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included in the kit magazine.

So here's a closer look at each card-

I just love the Rose Bouquet specialty paper on the next card-

I have used the optional Ornate Pack 1 Decorative Die.

I've also used one of the resin frames on this one-

This kit is just gorgeous - and perfect for Mother's Day! The kits sell out quickly so don't forget to subscribe so you never miss out on a kit.

I've used papers from Amy Tan and Simple Stories. I've added some Colour Blast Colour Shimmer Dust in Peacock (my favourite colour) as the first layer under my photo.

My title is from the Dear Lizzy 'Hello' Thickers.

I've used lots of embellies from D-lish Scraps, including the April 'Just Add Paper' kit (love those stars!), sequin bow, flowers, coloured wire and punchinella.

I've also added a couple of embellies from Charm's Creations.

Scrap The Boys May challenge - DT share

This month's challenge is all about "Mothers Day" at Scrap The Boys.

Here is my DT page of myself and my two gorgeous boys. I'm so proud to be called 'Mum' by both of these boys.
I used the Starshine collection by Shimelle, partly because I love the bright colours, but also to add some florals to my layout because it is a Mothers Day layout.

I added some colour to my background with Tim Holtz Distress Stain and gelatos.

I've used October Afternoon paper as well as papers from Starshine and plain cardstock.
I layered some Starshine ephemera and also fussy cut the hot air balloons and the globe (with Australia of course) from some Starshine papers.

I've also added some wooden sequins that I coloured with Heidi Swapp Colour Shine in Raspberry.
